Terms & conditions
Entries are accepted, after submission of an application form, on the following conditions:
A deposit of £300 must be paid on application for a room. This is quite separate from the fees. This deposit is refunded at the end of the final term of residence Provided the room is left in the same condition as it was found and a full term's notice in writing is received. In case of cancellation if 12 weeks' notice before the student's proposed entry to the house is given that the student no longer requires a room full refund is given. If between 8-11 weeks' notice given 50% refund is due and if less than 8 weeks' notice is given there is no refund payable
Fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each term or period of residence. (Please note there is a 2% penalty for late payment)
The fee structure is based on room size, as in hotels.

These amounts are for a twelve week term or less, and are calculated from the day the House opens each term.
Where the term is more than 12 weeks, and a resident wishes to continue staying in her room, the extra days will be charged separately.
The House closes for approximately two weeks over Christmas and Easter respectively, and for approximately seven weeks in Summer

Guests can be accommodated if there is a room available at £35.00 (students £30.00) per night, inclusive of breakfast, the evening meal and VAT. We have one flat available for parents/guardians (price and availability on application).
Music students pay an additional £20 + VAT per term (£23.50)
