You may send us your application by email, fax or post. Your application must be accompanied by a deposit and a photograph, so please read the form carefully.
Open the application form as a Microsoft Word document. Fill it in and save it on your computer, then email it as an attachment to queenalex@compuserve.com.

If you would prefer to fax or post your application, or if you do not have Microsoft Word, print the application form, fill it in and fax or post it to the address on the form.
